These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kireina International website, https://kireinainternational.com (the “Website”), and your purchase of products through the Website.

The Website is operated by Kireina International.

By accessing, browsing or using our Website, or by placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or place an order with us.

1.1 These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers who access or use our Website.

1.2 Your continued use of the Website after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors, product availability issues or other circumstances that may affect the proper operation of our Website.

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We do not guarantee that any particular product will remain available for purchase at all times.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation of the affected item and a refund where applicable.

All product prices displayed on the Website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors caused by technical, typographical or other errors.

If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to contact you regarding the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and provide a refund for any payment already made.

6. Orders

When placing an order through our Website, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including:

• Billing information, where applicable; and
• Complete and accurate delivery address.

You are responsible for checking your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

An order is considered submitted once you have completed the checkout process and successfully made payment.

An order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in accordance with these Terms.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available on our Website at the time of purchase.

You agree that:

• The payment information you provide is accurate and valid;
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
• You will complete the payment required for your order.

Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

If a payment is unsuccessful, declined or cannot be verified, we may cancel or suspend the order until payment has been successfully completed.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Such payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Order Cancellation and Amendments

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been successfully completed, we may not be able to amend:

• Product quantity;
• Product selection;
• Delivery address; or
• Other order details.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the delivery destination and quantity ordered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Kireina International will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery times provided by us are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is damaged, opened, missing or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the parcel.

We may request photographs, videos, order information, packaging details or other information to assist us in investigating the issue.

Where appropriate, we may work with the relevant courier or delivery service provider to investigate delivery-related issues.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

Customers should review the Return Policy before placing an order.

Where a return or refund request is permitted, customers may be required to provide supporting information such as:

• Order number;
• Proof of purchase;
• Photographs or videos of the product;
• Photographs of the packaging; and
• Details describing the issue.

Any return, refund or exchange will be handled in accordance with our applicable policy and Malaysian consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Malaysian law.

12. Promotions, Discounts and Vouchers

From time to time, Kireina International may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, vouchers or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions;
• Promotional offers may be subject to a specified validity period;
• Discount codes or vouchers may not be combined unless expressly stated;
• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Promotional offers may not be transferred unless expressly permitted; and
• Kireina International reserves the right to modify or terminate a promotion where reasonably necessary.

Any specific terms applicable to a promotion will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

13. Referral Rewards Program

Kireina International may offer a Referral Rewards Program (“Referral Program”) as part of the KIREINA Rewards membership program.

The Referral Program is intended to reward eligible existing customers who successfully introduce new customers to Kireina International.

13.1 Referral Code and Referral Link

Eligible customers may receive or access a personal Referral Code and/or Referral Link.

A new customer must use a valid Referral Code or Referral Link when placing a qualifying order in order for the referral to be considered.

13.2 New Customer Referral Benefit

A qualifying new customer may receive RM30 OFF their first eligible purchase when:

• The customer is making their first qualifying purchase;
• The order meets the minimum purchase requirement of RM299; and
• A valid Referral Code is used for the order.

The RM30 discount is not redeemable for cash.

Only one Referral Code may be used for each order.

The RM30 new customer referral discount cannot be combined with other coupons or special discounts unless expressly permitted by Kireina International.

The Referral Program benefit and other KIREINA Rewards member benefits may not be combined in the same order unless expressly permitted.

13.3 Referral Points

When a referred customer’s qualifying order is successfully completed, the referring customer may receive Referral Points according to the following structure:

Referral Points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged directly for cash.

Referral Points are recorded separately from Purchase Points. However, both Referral Points and Purchase Points may contribute to the customer’s Total Points for membership tier calculations.

Referral Points will not be deducted from the customer’s existing points balance when earned.

13.4 When a Referral Is Considered Successful

A referral will only be considered successful when all applicable conditions are satisfied:

• The new customer places an order using a valid Referral Code or Referral Link;
• The new customer is a genuine first-time purchasing customer;
• The order has been successfully paid;
• The order has not been cancelled, refunded, duplicated, identified as fraudulent or otherwise determined to be invalid; and
• The order has passed the applicable refund protection period specified by Kireina International.

Referral Points will only be formally confirmed after the applicable conditions have been satisfied.

13.5 Referral Milestone Rewards

Eligible customers may also receive one-time milestone rewards based on the number of successful referrals achieved.

The current milestone rewards are:

Each milestone reward is awarded only once.

The above cumulative examples are based on each referred customer generating the applicable base Referral Points. Where a referred order qualifies for a higher Referral Points amount, the actual Referral Points will be calculated according to the applicable qualifying order amount.

13.6 Referral Restrictions

The following activities do not qualify for Referral Rewards:

• Self-referrals;
• Duplicate accounts;
• Duplicate orders;
• False or misleading identities;
• Fraudulent or abusive transactions;
• Orders generated through manipulation or misuse of the Referral Program;
• Orders made by employees, shareholders or internal parties;
• Free or fully complimentary orders; and
• Dealer or wholesale orders, unless specifically approved by Kireina International.

Kireina International reserves the right to determine whether an order or referral is eligible for Referral Rewards.

13.7 Cancellation, Refunds and Invalid Orders

If a referred order is cancelled or refunded, the referral will not qualify and Referral Points will not be awarded.

If a referral has already been confirmed and the relevant order is subsequently refunded, charged back or otherwise becomes invalid, Kireina International may recover or reverse the relevant Referral Points and milestone rewards.

Kireina International reserves the right to cancel, reverse or remove Points or Rewards arising from suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation or other violations of the Referral Program.

13.8 Calculation of Referral Order Amount

Shipping charges and non-product fees will not be included when determining the qualifying Referral order amount.

Referral Points will be calculated based on the customer’s actual payment for eligible products, subject to the applicable Referral Program rules.

13.9 Changes to the Referral Program

Kireina International reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program, including its reward amounts, eligibility requirements, qualifying order values and milestone rewards, where reasonably necessary.

Any updated Referral Program terms may be communicated through the Website, KIREINA Rewards platform or other appropriate communication channels.

 

14. KIREINA Rewards and Membership

The Referral Program forms part of the broader KIREINA Rewards membership system.

The general Rewards process may operate as follows:

Purchase → Purchase Points

Referral → Referral Points

Purchase Points + Referral Points → Total Points

Total Points → Membership Tier

Membership Tier → KIREINA Rewards Benefits

Customers who continue to participate in the Referral Program may also become eligible for consideration under the Ambassador program or other future Kireina International membership initiatives.

Participation in the KIREINA Rewards program is subject to the applicable Rewards terms and conditions.

 

15. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Website, including but not limited to:

• Logos;
• Brand names;
• Product images;
• Photographs;
• Graphics;
• Videos;
• Text;
• Product descriptions;
• Website design;
• Layout;
• Icons; and
• Other materials,

are owned by or licensed to Kireina International and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Website for your personal and lawful shopping purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, transmit or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission.

 

16. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback or other content to us through the Website or our communication channels, you agree that:

• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• You have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the content;
• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• The content does not contain unlawful, offensive, misleading or harmful material; and

By submitting content to us, you grant Kireina International a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display and publish the submitted content for business, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable laws.

However, we do not guarantee that:

• The Website will operate without interruption;
• The Website will be free from errors or defects;
• All information displayed on the Website will always be complete or current; or
• The Website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

The Website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kireina International will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
